President Isaias Afwerki and Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed have departed today to Juba, the Republic of South Sudan, for a one-day working visit and tripartite Summit with President Salva Kiir on regional issues of common interest

President Uhuru Kenyatta flew back home this afternoon following the Tripartite Summit on regional developments. Afterwards, PM Abiy Ahmed & his delegation were accompanied by President Isaias for a tour of Gherghera & Msilam dams and related agricultural projects in the area .
