NCEA Annual Congress

Asmara, 12 August 2017 – The National Council of Eritrean Americans held its congress from 8 to 11 August in Seattle under the theme “Engagement of Generations for Developmental Partnership”.

The congress that was opened by Ms. Hanna Simon, Eritrea’s Ambassador to France and Permanent Representative to UNESCO, aimed at strengthening the organizational capacity of the national associations and participation in the national development drive.Representatives of national associations from across the USA took part in the congress. In another report, the annual Eritrean community festival in the US is underway.
